Storage issues

There needs to be some sort of bank system, because there are way too many items in this game. If you are going to continue to make updates and add new gear/items there needs to be additional storage added.

I understand there are retainers, however I don't need to be spending 20+ dollars a month to store my items. Add a system where we can spend Gil to expand our storage system instead of IRL currency. We already pay a monthly fee we dont need to spend even more on a ton of retainers.

There's a lot of things they could do to ease the burden of storage, such as:

- Let the glamour dresser become a glamour log so that every time you get an item, the appearance is saved forever so that you don't need to keep the item around

- Create separate inventories for dyes and fish bait

- Make some currencies part of the UI instead of an item in your inventory. For instance, potsherds from Deep Dungeons could fit here

- A separate storage for finished relics

If at least one of these was implemented (especially the first one), inventory management would be greatly improved

Charging for inventory is pretty lame in a subscription based game.

I might consider paying for retainers if the UI were not so horrible.

I would prefer the using gil to expand storage, yes. Sadly that battle was lost 8 years ago and I have my doubts they will revert the decision.

I agree with all your points, but these would make Glamouring and Fishing more enjoyable. I'm always have to buy and sell back items to make space. I'd just rather stock up on everything and use them as I need them.

The dye-bag should include Terebinth, Glamour Prisms and Dispellers.

Dyes should just be unlocks and prisms/dispellers should just be removed, but I know the former will never happen because you can buy premium dyes with real money.

Relic/Quest items (inc., those in Beast Tribes -> Key Items ... Sorry but that's a lot of storage anyway

Lockboxes I would also argue could be stored somewhere else.

Getting the third retainer should be free at this point, then charge for all subsequent retainers. (I would say more, but that's even more unrealistic)

No matter how much storage you buy, you'll always run into this issue if you don't sort your inventory.

400 Glamour Dresser storage. I filled that by dumping things in it. It was increased to 800. I filled it again. I bought a 3rd retainer, and filled that too. These inventories get endlessly filled if you don't just figure out what to actually delete.

Yes, but you don't understand SE would've been bankrupt if they added more free in-game storage and the folks paying for all the extra retainers each month along with the paid sub for the prem companion app stopped and took away their money

Although I've often cleaned out my dresser, every few months, I realize that until they give us an unlimited dresser along with glam plates, then I'll never be 100% happy with storage now because such a pain to manage it. Then that I have a solo FC so I can add my extras into the chest for myself, then made alts so they can be my future bank storage too without paying more money than entry sub costs each month but the main downside is that you can't add any bound items like event furniture into them either.

Right now I have like approx 10 copies of all the old event furnishings on my 2 base retainers and they take up alot of space since I will dread each new event now since it means I'll need to organized tons of more chairs, tables, posters, food, mugs, and wall decorations sigh because paying $5 each for old event item still causes emotional damage to my wallet.
