There should be a limit to how many houses you can buy on a server PER ACCOUNT. You have entire wards that are very obviously bought out by one person. Could the argument be made that well they took the time to grind out the gil etc...yes. But it still really is not fair to have an ENTIRE f****** ward bought out.

What they do, is they have MULTIPLE accounts. and then use those to buy the wards. Mostly for Submarines.

You do realize that you can own as many FC houses on your accounts as you wish? There is no limit and in-game limit is easily bypassed. Do you really think they would have multiple accounts for this? Hahah no. They have friends or someone who creates FC for them, buys a plot, then transfers ownership and leaves FC. Once enough time has passed, the house's ownership will be transferred to the bot account again, thus owning now 2 FC on same account.

Most have just single account for this. Not multiple. Multiple are just for individual houses, for FC ones, its single.

So they are checking in 8 plots per character, per data center, within 14 days or you lose it is crazy dedicated lol

Which is why I would love nothing more than for SE to pull subs out of houses and into their own separate thing. Preferably something that enforces only one per account. I betcha a lot of plots would free up real quick then!

Yup. I've seen some really crazy stuff with Subs. Someone going from having 100 gil in Limsa, then selling ALL the treasures from Subs, and getting Gil cap at 999.999mil gil. It's insane.

I hope subs see MASSIVE changes.

This is somewhat in error.

You can buy 1 private per WORLD; not DC

Likewise for FCs; that said and sure folks already cited that you can inherit as many FCs as you have characters
