A separate forum was the very first suggestion someone made after my opening post.Again, its common sense. Never did i say better suggestions are guaranteed...but at least you know the ppl making them have something at stake. Idk why youre opposed to separate forums...the point is feedback yes? Even an exit poll would be fine with no forum access at all. Point is you need to separate customers from paying customers. Every company on the planet does this...its basic common sense. Mixing the two could tip the balance in places it wouldn't normally go...except a good chunk of the players arent coming back. This is not a desirable outcome..as it can alienate the majority of your paying customers.
All im saying is keep em separate. The is regular business practice..even social practice. You dont let outsiders stay in your house and vote on family matters, financial decisions, etc. The reasons are obvious...they have to take no responsibility for what they say cuz its not their money or family. Common sense. You might give them an ear but both parties are aware it holds no weight, and you are just being open to outside opinion. Common practice is common.
