Honestly, just do a similar instanced housing system WOW has now. That would solve like over half of the problems with the current housing system.

Asking to ban them is absurd, what they are doing isn't against the rules. That being said, Squeenix should absolutely do something about it. They should restrict all service accounts to 1 FC and 1 personal house per server at absolute maximum. Anyone who currently has more than this will be forced to select which ones to keep and then they will be reimbursed the gil they spent to purchase all the others. The gil farmers won't desire personal houses due to the lack of a workshop, so this immediately solves the problem.

A legitimate FC is one that exists to serve a group of players, not as a housing or Gil generator multiplier for a single service account.
The "barrier" in my opinion is crossed when:
• One person controls multiple FCs primarily to bypass housing limits
• Leadership is shuffled between alts to retain or acquire additional plots
• The FC’s primary function is asset farming (subs/airships) rather than shared use by distinct players
Heyy I am reading this and thinking where were these people when I made my posts, and where is those who shall not be named!!!! xD
what no what why what is this real life it's a game, TAXES!? come on I do not agree with the current system in the slightest but are you being serious right now like wtf it's a damn game, not real life restrictions on how many houses/fcs makes sense taxes does not we literally PAY MONTHLY to keep our houses, THE ONLY GAME THAT WE HAVE TO PAY A SUBSCRIPTION TO KEEP OUR HOUSE and you want to add MORE TAXES!? Housing should be permanent and available for everyone OMG TAXES ARE YOU SERIOUS RIGHT NOW!?

Okay but I spent WELL WELL WELL over 2 years bidding on an FC plot I had the members I've been playing since beta 2013, I don't have any members anymore but I love my Medium FC house, I don't even use the sub one of my ex members did that, I just use the apartments as additional rooms sinking gil into it, but I run a Venue.
Are you saying me who does not abuse the system but is a solo in my FC that I created on 01/01/2016 doesn't deserve her house that she worked her ass off to get?

If it is your only FC house no I don't think your house should be taken or anything. Where singular service accounts have multiple FC houses, that is the issue.Okay but I spent WELL WELL WELL over 2 years bidding on an FC plot I had the members I've been playing since beta 2013, I don't have any members anymore but I love my Medium FC house, I don't even use the sub one of my ex members did that, I just use the apartments as additional rooms sinking gil into it, but I run a Venue.
