Hey thats better then what I got. I got sent to live chat to talk to AI or someone just copying and pasting over and over again saying there is no issue on the servers end and its me or my ISP. 3 times by the way.



Oh yeah, my experience unrelated to this issue with their CS is absolutely horrid. They don't read emails, I'm sure they're just automated bots with some 'human' names. No sentient life was found. I contacted them when I was new about why I couldn't resubscribe using stream after buying one month and they kept copy pasting the same thing despite me telling them what I did to troubleshoot it. (I did everything on their site).
I've never encountered a worse customer support experience and it ruined any excitement I had for the game and it didn't resolve until 'one week later'. With people saying there's some 5head hidden timer that keeps adding up the more you try to 'resub' and you get an error.
I'd honestly consider anyone lucky not having to deal with CS in this game.

I got told this as well but of course of I have an EU account all Australian accounts are counted as EU. But I play on NA and am sick of ddos

Also EULA and TOS waive your rights to that.
As things like this are out of their control, if it's even DDOS to begin with and not NTT just being giga bad outside of Japan.
