I actually felt that was a fair and kind acknowledgement considering all the prerequisites. ;v;

(Not saying they couldn't have done a little more side content for them mind, of course that's better! 8U)

But then there is the issue that if they devs do take us back to the 13th and they're just not included in anything, it'll feel bizarre and like a plot hole to players that did complete all those bits.
