You open the door theres nothing in sight. You close the door wondering whats in sight. But lets be honest its probably gonna just let you down.

I wish they'd stop crafting/gathering leveling.
Just end it at L100. Keep stuff challenging but stop reinventing the wheel every expansion.
There's plenty of stuff we can craft already. Increase the ilvl but keep the job level the same.
There's no reason why we can't just keep stuff challenging to make.

I hope the devs are listening. We need the devs to please listen.

I hate that they even did 100, should've been 99 like other Final Fantasy games.
You really think they would do such thing? They hadn't changed their formula for years and suddenly they would? Nah, they will rather go bankrupt than change any sacred formula kek.

I mean, yeah, the chances of SE doing anything other than a standard Lv101-110 cap increase may as well be nil. but it's still fun to think of ways they COULD do something better, even if those ideas ultimately don't reach anyone but the other people in this thread.
speaking of, here's another one for the pile: I saw this jokingly proposed earlier here, but what if we really DID do Lv.101-150? what would it look like for an expansion to suddenly have 50 levels' worth of content rather than the usual 10?
personally, I'd like to see something like that with alternative/additional leveling content, i.e. rather than just a string of linear dungeons, trials, and quests that you level up through, you also have something like, say, an "overworld" dungeon that you can enter and explore at your own pace. I'm thinking it would be some environmentally interesting structure (like a maze or a ruin or something) that you could wander into, explore different paths and find (useful) loot in, and fight mobs/overworld bosses for a good chunk of exp to help level. that way it could be both useful to players and provide incentive to hang out and poke around the overworld maps, which I've seen many people point out are pretty boring since there's nothing to really do in them but FATEs. the "overworld" dungeons could also be on their own map to give them multiple floors/their own instances, with entrances hidden around the regular map that players can only find by looking around, using clues, or completing certain actions.
obviously this would be a huge break from what SE's been doing and require a ton of effort be poured into map-making, but I think it would be worth it to spice up overworld maps/add exploration. if nothing else, it would at least be a break from the usual running the same dungeons over and over again to level my side classes lol
Me @ any raid boss: As soon as my PS5 stops lagging it's over for you guys
