The best solution, IMO, would be to use an anti-cheat software like Easy AntiCheat or Xigncode. Black Desert Online uses one of them (I don't recall which, as they've switched between the two over the years), and they never have issues with botting. The only RMT issues BDO has are the piloting solicitors, and those people at least use a human to do all the work.
