Alphinaud and Estinien...

Will confess that I have, over time, come to feel much the same way. Whilst I'll acknowledge that this is subjective. I'm personally not a fan of him and feel I like him less and less as time goes on.
Because it's always the same routines over and over - he gets pounded into a wall or the ground (and spends 30 seconds trying to get out), he strikes the same poses, does the same dances, Godbert appears and runs around in his underpants for the 200th time - even the bombs are boring now. The gags were funny the first time - they're not the 5th time in the same quest.
And don't even get me started on Nashu's stalker being played off for laughs!
I know that repetition itself is supposed to be part of the joke - but that in itself can be grating rather than amusing for some people once the novelty wears off.

Having always been pretty neutral about Hildi in terms of character and comedy, but also agreeing with you completely that this got old as soon as HW Hildi happened since we immediately fell back into the same tropes, I must admit that in the first time in this questline, I actually do enjoy a character and it's Hardiboiled. He's bringing something fresh and new for once, and the caricature of the noir genre genuinely amuse me.Will confess that I have, over time, come to feel much the same way. Perhaps with luck we'll get other reflections of him in the next series to come so that we don't always fall back to the same antics.
Secretly had a crush on Mao

For me Wuk Lamat just can't stand her, and Nero sure didn't care for either of them.
Estinien used to be cool, then he turned into a meme joke character.
Pretty much how I felt about G'raha, seemed admirable pre-shadowbringers and then from EW+ he just turned into a visual novel simp tier of a character.
But as for now, my immediate thought of as the worst character is obviously going to be the 10 year old ipad kid genius.
yea I agree about G'raha too.Pretty much how I felt about G'raha, seemed admirable pre-shadowbringers and then from EW+ he just turned into a visual novel simp tier of a character.

-Bakool Ja Ja who for me got away too easily with what he did in the MSQ. Release a powerful world ending monster to delay his opponent? Kidnap them? Just being an asshole in general? Nah it's okay he's sorry he was doing it for his people and the children they lost.
-The WAR questline characters. God they were so annoying
-That one dude with glasses in the MNK questline. I can't bother to remember his name but he's always acting like everyone else around him is stupid and it was so annoying

I usually let the Hildibrand cutscenes play out without paying them much attention to be honest since they, as described, always follow the same, painfully predictable, pattern. Hardiboiled did make the more recent ones tolerable though.
