8.0 massive class balience reworking

I'll believe it when I see it. Yoship cant even say any specific ideas or direction they want to take the job rework into apart from not wanting to touch combat design but that is exactly what constrains job design so much nowadays. As of now there is 0 reason to believe SE is actually going to shake things up in terms of job design. They didnt even get creative with phantom jobs.

the biggest thing they could do is a level squish down so that every job has their full kit up to 100 in all the ultimate fights (so it needs to be squished to a minimum of level 70, ideally more). this also has the benefit of fixing the issue a lot of jobs have where they lose a significant portion of their damage when they sync down. (viper, reaper, black mage, etc.)

if they that that then they need remove all base jobs from the game and job crystals are no longer a equitable item and probably start any class you wanted to at level 1 watch also also be very good for the game if level cap 70. be able to play any job want from level 1 not mention reworking all class quests cause there is f-ton of them

that would require reworking all of the original jobs, as well as reworking all of the original job quests. it might be too big of an ask
