SE should just make a specific status for your Character that you can sign up to, you know like mentor or sprout. It's called the Lazy status, symbolized by a Trashcan Icon next to your name. For Characters like this SE just puts the relic for free in your inventory.

At this point give me the symbol so I can move on with my life. Again the next step does not bother me one bit. Give me a million things to do as long as it's deterministic. Fuck RNG.

I want my time I put into it to be respected.
There is a big difference between "you may gain 1-5 progress by doing X" vs. "you may gain absolutely no progress with no failsave"

And people harping on how CEs have a 20% chance love to leave out that means an 80% chance of getting nothing.
If the relic needed like 60 each and you got 5 per CE and 1 per Fate it would still be a grind and not free.
But people would be way moire accepting of something like that.
Still a grind, still has some degree of RNG, but not an atrocious feel-bad RNG grind that wastes hours of your time.

i for one like the low droprates. i think it's fun. i want more game systems to be annoying and grindy. i don't like tomeslop turn-ins.

MAKE MMO's A GRINDFEST AGAIN.

I personally didn't have any major issues with the drops. I got all of them through OC FATE and CE farming in groups (prioritize buying the riding map as soon as possible, or request a taxi from someone who already has it so you won't fall behind as much) and only had to look out for Skalla stuff at the end. I still ended up with a bunch of random demiatmas that I didn't need at the end, and it feels like a waste since it discouraged me from participating in the content unless it was in the area I needed something from. If there was an NPC where you can exchange your extra demiatmas for one of the color you need, I feel like a considerable part of the frustration with this content would be alleviated. I hope they add it at some point.

i literally got all of them in about 2 days, imagine playing an MMO the most time consuming genre of gaming, and then complain you have to do new content for more than 2 days

I still don't know where people are still getting that the complaint was about the actual length of the grind, but keep at the windmills.
