SE likes to keep stats a secret i don't know why, 10 enmity is 1% 30 crit rate is 1%, hidden stat caps, you gotta add stats in 10 point increments before you really get noticeable increases ect...



get vit to 350 first
then get dex to 305 if you can
if you are still able to ad stats raise your mind as high as you can

i haven't played it in a while so if block isn't fixed the way it should be then id take mind over dex.

yes, you will have to multi meld to get to stat caps
