I am SO curious how that works with the stat nerf and missing so many skills from the quests. I'm sure it's totally possible, but you must have some weird tricks to do it.

It works because normal mode content is a joke and other people are picking up their slack. There is nothing interesting about jobless content, you can just do less. This is not a challenge, it's simply lowering the ceiling. There are no tricks, this person is just griefing.

Exactly! I dont want people to tell me which content is boring and which is not. So I would like to use BL to filter them out.

Consider this alternative: Make a party finder making it loud and clear you have no desire to ever use job crystals in any content, and if people don't like it, they can blacklist you. (Which is doable from the PF.) And if someone joins the PF or sends a tell to heckle you, blacklist them (and then kick from party) like the baited fool they are.

As your intent is to blacklist people who might give you grief but the 200 cap isn't viable for that/you want them filtered beforehand, you'd have to goad people into blacklisting you instead, making THEM use up a precious slot instead of yourself while reserving yours for only the most troublesome players.
