What are the:

• Todesk Virtual Display Adapter
• GameViewer Virtual Display Adapter

being used for and are they running while trying to run FF14?

Also, I see 8 drive letters, so I'm assuming you have partitioned drives.
How many physical drives are in the laptop and on which drive letter its the FF14 install?

These are remote control applications, and no, neither of them was running when I launched the game.

My laptop has 2 physical drives (C&D, E&F) and 2 external drives (G, and M&N&O). The game is currently installed on the external G drive, but I also tried installing it on the F drive; didn’t work either.

FF14 seems to not like, in many cases, being on the non-OS drive.
Try freeing up space on the OS drive and install it there.
