Not really. If the leader is offline over 35 days it passes to the highest member that has been online in the last 7 days.Unless if the FC's roles are structured poorly, you'd need a role that'd give permissions to purchase/use FC credits. Unless if you're planning on long-conning them for chest/coffer/credit access, it's not really worth the bother. The only real worth for being freshly invited is if they're using FC buffs on the regular.
Yes, I should have mentioned that.
Many FCs die quite suddenly with no one logging in anymore. When the leaders are not logging back in, the active players just leave and join a different FC while the inactive players stay in this dead FC.
So even the lowest rank member of that FC will get the leadership when they log back in.
