Random FC invitations

Can we get a Decline check box option menu in the future? the reason I don't wanna join an fc is that my sub ends next month and getting kicked for being inactive if I joined lmao so yeah I'm not interested in joining one atm. Or at least for now til I sub more I guess xD

Try setting your status to /busy to reject them.

I don't know how much of it is done with the best of intentions and they just aren't that great at communication, or how many of them are wanting to pad numbers or whatever for whatever reason; but it almost comes off as airport bluejacking the way some just seem to wait for sprouts in major cities and drop a request before even sending a tell or anything.

Its their fault to invite random players who just disapear without notice.

And there is a small chance that they dont kick you and the FC overall becomes inactive.
So when you resub to the game and the other players of the FC are still inactive, then you become the owner of the FC and you can make Gil with it.
Maybe they still have a FC house and Submarines to make long therm money.

Or just use the FC points to buy a lot of ceruleum tanks and sell them for 150-200k each 999 stack.

Unless if the FC's roles are structured poorly, you'd need a role that'd give permissions to purchase/use FC credits. Unless if you're planning on long-conning them for chest/coffer/credit access, it's not really worth the bother. The only real worth for being freshly invited is if they're using FC buffs on the regular.

Not really. If the leader is offline over 35 days it passes to the highest member that has been online in the last 7 days.

Yes, I should have mentioned that.

Many FCs die quite suddenly with no one logging in anymore. When the leaders are not logging back in, the active players just leave and join a different FC while the inactive players stay in this dead FC.
So even the lowest rank member of that FC will get the leadership when they log back in.

I find it really funny how many tinfoil hat theories a simple act can have.

How about it's a lot more enjoyable to play with people who share the same interests? Or having people to help you if you have a question, or if you want to farm something? How about help with a dungeon? What about the extra XP rates?

It's not that deep..

Padding numbers means nothing. Who the F cares you got 2 people or 512? It's an MMO... it makes sense to interact and get together with other people. You can join, reject, or leave at any time without any consequences or drawbacks.

First of all, you get invited for a reason. That is:

- Current player needs people to sign their FC papers so they can create it.
- FC needs at least 4 people so they can buy a house

or

- They just want random people inside for fun and to flex how big their FC chest is while you will never get anything. Honestly just make your own FC and benefit from it. There's no point to join some other FC.

Sometimes it is good to stay in a dead FC because you can take ownership and then you run it for yourself.

Been an annoying practice forever. Most FCs just bulk-invite to brag about “active” numbers, even if half the roster is invisible. I run mine the opposite way — smaller, tighter, and social. No-nonsense, unfiltered, and fun… and yes, the whole “You pull, you tank” crowd (among others) doesn’t apply here. That apparently makes us a crime against the fragile, muted, hand-wringing types dominating the game these days.
