Near the minimum item level? I'm 737 on Sage and getting hit once will typically leave me at about 10-15%. Lesson learned from bad timing on a normal cast of Egeiro.

I was on DRG with i734 and the spiked balls and claws were a one hit kill. Didn't get hit by the electric fence thing, but a friend on VPR got one hit KOd from it. It may be tuned to your role.
