Stuck on the start screen of FFXIV

You checked to see if graphics card needs updating or if windows needs an update?

Thanks for the recommendation.
I just tried updating all windows updates and also updated my graphics card driver (for NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060). Unfortunately, the problem persisted.
I then tried to remove all FFXIV-related contents in the Documents --> My Games folder, and then installed the game.
Still, the problem could not be resolved.

The top bar became white (originally black). But the launcher number there is the same, and so it's basically stuck on the same issue on the same screen.
