You checked to see if graphics card needs updating or if windows needs an update?I don't have "Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime" on my app list.
But I found "Microsoft Edge", and I clicked "Modify", and proceeded the performed a repair.
I then tried to turn on FFXIV again, but it still didn't work.
I then restarted the PC, and tried to turn on FFXIV again, but it still didn't work.
Would you please offer further help? Thanks!
