They didn't actually. They outright refused to quote the instance because of their policy, as they would. But they still have to give you a reason.

i mean the GM also have rules in themself to follow they can contact you anytime but the GM jail isnt a thing they can spam if they want to talk to someone. unless suspension is in order then yes it well or something really bad happening.

fair if you haven't experience some exchange with gm let's just say GM jail is mostly used for big big reason or ban other then that it's tells

Does it include account warnings (for no reason but that's beyond the point)?
And how do you actually report a GM? Especially after asking the GM inside to talk with a higher up and being denied repeatedly?
I even tried reaching outside the game through tickets, and they have a nice administrative loop that sends you back ingame for "in game related issues".
