Yes, that's part of my point. The GMs on EU servers are completely unhinged (and have no idea about the game actual TOS to boot). I've also been dragged to mordion and got an account strike once for silently kicking a sprout visitor that was trying to flamebait the whole chat with nazi drivel. Reason invoked: "obstructing someone else's gameplay".
But on actual issues that GMs are expected to act upon, it's crickets.

They didn't actually. They outright refused to quote the instance because of their policy, as they would. But they still have to give you a reason.
