Cause they are clueless and thinking that introducing hoops to get into content is the same fun as playing the content you want to be to begin with. Just look at Failed Tower in OC. Same stupid decisions.2) Why do the devs continue to introduce restrictions to even play the damn content? If they're right in identifying that they need to make content appeal to everyone in different ways, then why do they think that asking hardcore players willing to attempt that last boss duty will be happy to go back farming the deep dungeon for more of those offerings every time their instance runs out so that they can prog more? I'm not sure those players will enjoy farming this and this will just feel like a chore to them? Just let people queue for the damn content they actually enjoy, no?
