Patch MSQ is pretty good I'm excited for .3 for that.
I think main problem of the game is that its leans too much on savage and ultimate when most ppl don't even touch those content.
They're also kind of content that you can't just jump in but watch videos and learn mechanics and stuff so def not a great "main content" for MMO.
I think they should make "normal" content gear/stats based main content and "hard" content skill based optional content so "hard" stuff is more about challenge and "normal" is
where you get gears from and for.
If the game is less about savage/ultimates they can totally add more interesting RPG systems like gear with random stats or skills and sprinkle those as rewards everywhere.
I do think savage and ultimates are important to have in the game but game I feel like the entire game and balance is revolving around those when those are not the content every player interacts.
