What do you do roulettes for?

I don't do roulettes besides pvp roulette sometimes because i also can't bring me to do them anymore. I only geared through normal and alliance raids for the last 5 years or so. I started leveling my other classes not so long ago only with allied sociaties.

Anyone who says fun is lying. Raiders do them for tomes. They are good for leveling. Fun is a lie.

I want to do roulettes, but can't bring myself to justify doing them, because it all seems pointless.

-I'm BiS savage geared
-I've the OC relic weapons
-I've done 2k mentor roulettes already
-Mogtome rewards are bad, as usual

Seems gearing alts and finishing my last 3 jobs is the only thing, but last time I geared alts, they just sat unused until next patch, where crafting gear is superior anyways--so what's the point? What is gear even useful for, when everything seems to sync down? Maybe for faster maps and bicolor gemstone farming on high lvl fates?

You posted all the reasons why people do roulettes, talked about how you were done with all that, and then ask people why they may do roulettes? This post just smells more like you needing to announce to everyone that you got BiS and all your OC relics.

I wish there was more to the game.
