Will you play FF XIV Mobile?

Considering there's no entry cost, no sub, superior to the PC version in QOL I'll definitely be giving it a try.
There's also the benefit of players being there not existing for mods, the amount of PC players that have said "I'll quit if they make it so mods wont work" is staggering.

My sub for PC version ran out 10 days ago and I have no intention of renewing it, the PC version DEFINATELY does not warrant a subscription, it has its store, paid entry, paid expansions, paid additional retainers which should be more than enough for what they give their players. I was just tired of being ripped off.

Why the f would I play an MMO on mobile

When I play, I want a big screen, brilliant sound, a mouse and a keyboard.
Therefore I don't play mobile games, no matter how good they are (in case there are any good ones out there).

It has a desktop client so you can have all that.

No, I disliked ARR honestly, and they don't have all the races I played on PC.

Also, I read that you need to pay IRL $$$ to access the MB damn, even F2P MMO let folks have free listings.

You can already do that with a handheld PC like my ASUS RoG Ally Z1 Extreme.

Not a mobile player and def won't touch a tencent game so no.

But, the thing that worries me about XIV mobile is that ppl seem to like the improvements they made and that may take ppl away from the actual game. But SE isn't going to look at the feedback and numbers and think, "hmm ppl really seem to enjoy these improved systems, let's work on making the existing systems better on PC" all they are going to see is "it's not really the improved systems ppl like, they really seem to actually like this extreme monetization and all these p2w elements (its a mobile game from Tencent, it's 100% coming), let's do more of that!" and just end up completely killing the game off.

I have alts if I want to play through ARR again. I wouldn't touch the mobile version with a flaming ten foot barge pole.
