Every purchased item should be account-wide. The only exception should be consumables such as dyes, fantasia, and jumps.

I fully agree on this. For a game that already has a paid sub, any optional paid items like outfits, mounts, minions, etc, should at least be account wide, including outfits.

This is not at all what was meant when people talked about splitting outfit pieces. It feels like a malicious attempt to go and claim "players are never happy" later. These prices are absurd.

They are, I feel that SE are slowly creeping up outfit prices to try and see what they can squeeze out of the player base, how little content, how many bugs, how high a store price.

SE Min/Maxing their players without thought for the quality of their product.

Im honest i said it previous here but i need to say it again : if i like something i usually buy it, even if it costs a bit more but now square starts to go in a direction which literally is greed nothing more i mean lets take another look at it

The Streetwear Set had 2 Tops too and did cost 17,50€

Now the new set which has 2 different pants and the shirt looks the same (i dont take color in consideration because you can dye it) and instead to put it in a bundle for 17.50€ like the streatwear they deceided to split it up now we have :

13.50€ x 2 = 27€ + 5€ (Hat and Gloves) 32€

If you now deceided to buy only one set it still would cost 13.50€ + 5€ = 18,50€ which is MORE then the streetwear and we get LESS from it because the streetwear was 2 tops, and glams which has 2 tops or 2 pants are usually around 17,50 while glams with only 1 of each costs around 13.50€ so in other words for the price a "normal glam" usually costs we get a glam which doesnt even involve the hat and gloves anymore

It should have been one bundle with both shirts, pants, shoes AND the hat and gloves.

This is beyond greedy and honestly if it were one bundle I would have brought it because I like the set but this is where I draw the line. I want the open back and the boots but I don't $60 want them!

Square Enix has become so greedy and squandered any good will that was left this expansion. Even if every single player brought this set and it made bank for SE none of that money is going back into FFXIV. It will fund FF mobile flops that will shut down in a year, or AAA flops like forespoken that didnt make half its budget back.

FFXIV pays SE's rent and electricity bill and they need to wake up and start pouring love into it again before it stops printing money

That are the ones you got from seasonal events. And no mount you get ingame is account wide.

Right. Now that you mention that, they've also increased the price from 8,40€ to 10,43€ in the EU shop for seasonal mounts.

I don't mind the look of the outfits per se. But, selling the sets individually for $18 each and then forcing people to spend $6 more just to buy the gloves and hat is absolutely absurd.

Some people have money to throw. I doubt it's the majority, but they exist.
