Given the LL noted explicitly that we didn't get a normal version of FT because SQEX didn't have the resources, I think many players will be irritated if a chaotic is released before 8.0.

Incidentally, has the reputation of CAR been rehabilitated? On release, it was the raiders complaining bitterly about its design.
