I don’t see what the benefit of removing intervention then trying to make intervene a wonky replacement for intervention while also for some reason buffing clemency

I don’t like how strong PLD’s regens are on their short CD’s but sharing their short CD over trying to make a gap closer a short shareable CD sounds way better

And nobody needs more justification to use clemency
