While it could be played in NA, about 90% of JP PFs were banning MCH even in week 2, and even past M6S. Just a reminder that FFXIV is a global game. While it's true that many players were getting skill issued, the job is in serious need of AoE buffs. In PF, you play with random people and you don't know their level until you pull the boss. An under-average DNC would easily outperform an above-average MCH in this fight. You'd need a massive skill gap for that to change.
