PvP isn't about remembering which order to push your buttons in. That's PvE. After all, PvE has the static encounter design, where it's actually feasible to memorize what you have to do, should you so desire and be able, because you can count the number of possible scenarios on one hand.

PvP is about "remembering" that when presented with scenario #287 out of the 39124832947 million possible scenarios that you might face, because people are unpredictable, this is what you should be doing.

Role actions aren't a thing in Crystalline Conflict. So, what even are you talking about? Unless you've put on blinders and think that "PvP" and "Frontline" are the same thing? Because they're not. The two modes play out very differently. (Which is to say nothing of the forgotten step child, Rival Wings...)
