    We are going to use the soul system from Arcadion. We are not going to get the option to tame alot of beasts.

    SE removed pets from Summoner, Scholar and Machinist for a reason.

    Mark my words, the MSQ or Arcadion story will reveal something that will allow us to use Beast souls.

    Highly doubtful. Limited jobs historically have stayed multiple cap levels behind, and introducing regulators to low level folks who may still be in ARR patches or HW as part of a limited job quest just isn't something they would do.
