I think I'd like to see them rotate out the Scions who've had their growth arcs already (Thancred, Urianger, Estinien, Alphinaud) to give the others a chance to develop, and also add some new blood to shake up the group dynamic. Bringing Erenville on as our natural sciences expert is a good start, and Krile & Graha have potential as an "inquisitive explorers" duo. Y'shtola's a given, with inter-reflection travel on the table. They could do something interesting with splitting the twins and having Alisae try to step out of her brother's shadow. And we're due for a tank next expac, so I could see 8.0's guest star filling in there. Now we just need to find a healer who knows about our weird interdimensional problems and might be interested in proactively defending their home against them
