Remind me, why are we listening to a transphobic bigot again? She's just fishing for engagement so she can make money.

UI isn't just output, it's also input, it's an interface, not a display.A UI is just a user interface, it doesn't store anything. It's just presenting the output of a system. In the case of glamour chests in an inn room, it's the contents and configuration of a single user's glamoured items and plates. In the case of a glamour chest in a house, it's that system but for N users, reloaded every time any player enters and exits the instance.
The glamour dresser in the inn room shouldn't contain anything. All it should do is cause your game to open the UI for the glamour system. Same as a retainer bell doesn't contain your retainers but opens your retainer list when you ring it.
The system has no reason to be sent to anyone but yourself on-demand when you open the UI. Any other implementation would be idiotic.

Honestly, this is where I think a lot of old players are getting burned out of the game. I'm a new player, and the I think the live letters are pretty cool. I can't name any other dev teams that do something like this consistently. I think ppl need to move on to other games if they aren't feeling it anymore, because from a new players perspective the live letters are good and the game is still fun.
Yeah because you haven't noticed how it declined in quality and how the developers have slowly built a wall between them and the players. Live letters used to have community Q&As.Honestly, this is where I think a lot of old players are getting burned out of the game. I'm a new player, and the I think the live letters are pretty cool. I haven't actually watched a live letter in a while. Do they still comment on what chat is saying? I know they used to

No. They also don't take questions from the forums anymore, they just go through their presentation while holding up pieces of paper with renders printed on them while looking miserable.

Do I feel less excited? Yes.
Do I found content release bit slower than what it were? Yes
Am I still having fun? Yes
Do I take break between expansion? Yes
Because I think MMO should not feel like a job, when the fun stop, stop
