I don't really want HW balance.

Jobs being fun and unique doesn't mean "revert to HW" Theirs some things about HW that sound cool. But I think we should be looking for something that's fun but doesn't depend on old balance ideals because those were pretty flawed (not as bad as current balance).

I have my issues with what I hear of HW balance, which is part of why I asked for those devs rather than that balance, the HW/SB dev team at least from what I hear here appeared to care about the game and how people felt about it, plus the evidence of HW and SB content tells me they made better stuff in general than the current team does.
