The current Savage loot system actively punishes experienced raiders wanting to help new players, and should 100% be retired in favour of the same system used in Normal mode, where rewards are tied to the player, not the instance.

The unwillingness to crack down on Fight Club strats is a major contributor to the current in-game housing crisis. The developers should decimate the value of Salvaged Accessories in order to make the 'Fight Club' strat unprofitable.

Current Summoner, whilst a big improvement on pre-Endwalker Summoner, is still arguably too simple. I should not be able to play the job to a Savage level within an hour on a striking dummy.

To extrapolate on the above, I would like to see an Oracle-esque job added to the game that focuses on a DoT playstyle, perhaps with abilities that scale in potency based on the number of personal DoT effects applied onto an enemy.

The current patch cadence could be improved by adding a 'pre-farm' inspired by the Bozja Memories step to the relic weapon series, in the .05, .1, and .15 patches. You could have the base relic be an upgraded version of our free Capstone weapon.

The currently available Glamour Plate limit is still too low, and should ideally be increased to at least 25, if not 30.

The developers should consider a 'loadout' system for glamour plates with an initial limit of, say, 50 plates. This allows for more creative flexibility when it comes to glamour, and could even incentivise cash shop purchases of things like outfits and dyes.

I will raise you one better: Assuming you're on about a DPS, Time Mage. I would give it two bars to manage (RDM style). One bar would be built by a set of 3 Spells, a standard GCD, a GCD with a... say, 10s CD, and a GCD with a 30s CD. The standard GCD would apply a DOT, the 10s and 30s CDs would extend the DOT's duration, so you'd want to avoid resetting the DOT with the 'standard' spell as much as possible (because it's the least efficient way to keep the timer up). The other bar would be raised by another set of 3 GCDs, a standard GCD, a GCD with... IDK, 15s CD, and a 60s CD. These GCDs, however, would have their CD reduced when using the 'lesser' GCD. So, the basic GCD would reduce '15s GCD' by 1s each time it's used, and '15s GCD' would reduce 60s by say, 3s when it's used. One side manipulates Time by extending an effect duration, one side manipulates Time by shortening CDs. Also, there's loads of cool space/time/astronomy terms available to name actions after. Solar Flare, Syzygy, Red Shift, Event Horizon, etc

As for Glamour, I personally hope the opposite. I want them to come out saying 'we are not updating this, so that we can work on a futureproofed system'. For example, a system where you take an item to a Glamour Dresser (as currently) and putting it in there means you've permanently unlocked it. By limiting the process to 'where there's a Glamour Dresser', it reduces the strain on the servers having to constantly update people's 'Glamour Log', and which item has been collected can be stored as an array of binary bits, with each bit referring to the item ID for each model. Assuming there's 500000 items in the game (probably less than this, but example numbers), that'd mean a file size of 61kb per player. That'd add up fast if we generated a file of that size for all 30mil accounts created (around 1.7terabytes by my maths), so there'd probably need to be a system wherein only active subs have their 'file' active, and non-subbed players have their 'file' moved over to cold storage

As for my complaining (to remain on topic), I don't like Healer design. I think it should change. I'm also not the kind of person to just complain without coming up with a way to get me to stop complaining, so I've laid out exactly how SE could get me to stop complaining about Healers.

We might have disagreed about BLM and jobs in general, but... damn, you're on point here. I gave you a like cause I agree with pretty much everything you posted here. Espeically the Savage lockout stuff, I always thought that was stupid and arbitrary. It was partly the reason I fell off raiding, not being incentivized to help my friends clear. It sucks to spend all that time trying to help and you get literally nothing out of it, other than good feelings bout helping folks.

MrHappy has long said that Glamour system is a ticking time bomb, and the timer gets shorter by the patch. The fact that you can't even have one plate for at least every battle job is straight unacceptable. Never mind if you're like me and want like, 5 different looks for your main. I like to be a goth mage, and a technomage, and a maid-mage, and a classic pointy hat mage.... and that's not even including the damn DOH/DOL.

I also reaaaaally like the idea of a prefarm, and the first relic step being an upgrade of the previous capstone. I mean, it would at least be SOMETHING to do, other than turn in tomestones for poverty relics.

Can you explain "Fight Club" strat though? I'm not familiar with that term. I'm assuming it has something to do with gobbling up houses, like the entire ward in Gilgamesh that's clearly owned by two people.
