Yah 5 mins, and for software, their software, the 2.0 code, which is the issue, right now its on 1.0 code XD

Whether the issue lies in the servers, the code, the congestion in those problematic areas - the servers/code cannot handle the current stress which is worsened by a congested area.
The only solution I can see to this which would increase playability would be reduce that congestion. Ie. Fix the "problematic" area BEFORE making an area more popular with a merge.
But the issue, also can be related to bugs with the game, and have absolute zero result from congestion.I also don't think people understand my point...

Take a look at the recent hotfix, it has 2 fixes for server crashes, there could be more bugs like these that are causing things, even stuff their side.
We had crashes even prior to merge, it isnt something that the merge spontaneously invented.
