Maybe the regulators can be repurposed to combat against the electro sickness, just stuff a bunch of porxies in them! But they would likely not be able to hold soul cells in them anymore as a result.

Come to think of it, maybe Regulators, Porxies, and Warding Scales could be combined to make some super device that can make further exploration of The 13th safer.
