Need for Occult Crescent in 7.2, not 7.25

I think if they release Occult Crescent before Cosmic Exploration the latter will be dead in the water.

It's the dev issue of not tying two different contents as one. Would it really hurt if Occult Crescent had a crafting/gathering activities going on around as well? Devs believe it does.
