Honestly, I think we should've left it for 7.4 because fans are way too greedy and not patient. I think SE should punish the fake fans by holding it off, even make an announcement on how greedy the fans have become. When they clearly are trying their best to release the best meanwhile, like MULTITUDE of events for seasonals, that are endless fun with the music too at the housing districts and decorations. Free items, which I honestly think should be charged premium for in the cash shop, so we could support our beloved company even more.
I hope the CEO realizes that the newest trends are what are the most important and will start charging more for them.

I wouldn't want it released at the same time as the raids, I like having some time to prepare for and prog those without worrying about missing out. That said, 7.25 might be a little too long.
In my opinion, the field operation type content should be added halfway between X.0 and X.1 (about a month after the first Savage tier), and then updated/expanded in every odd-numbered patch (X.1, X.3, X.5).
That way we'd have some long term content added early in the expansion, adequate prep/prog time for each raid tier, and the odd numbered patches would offer some content that lasts more than 3 hours.

I would agree with this at the very latest, a month is a long time. But it's certainly better than 7.25
