I'd rather they update cat girls to have a 3rd variant that has big poofy tails (Kitsune) and larger ears.

Given they are now "thinking about" giving back old Series reward for PVP, when it was already promised years ago and they clearly forgot about, I'm just hoping they haven't or won't forget about this too. 13.5 sounds about right.
