WoW has tackled most of those problems well, and of those they haven't they've had better responses to them than FFXIV.
-RMT bots aren't nearly as common over in WoW, whereas in FFXIV every marketboard or and player hub will constantly be spammed with RMT ads in say, not to mention the endless swarms of lalafell archer/bard bots literally clipping through the ground and flying through the air.
-The GM team works pretty well in my experience in WoW, they've resolved issues I'd had when a bug cropped up in old quests in zones I was trying to complete. There are much more QoL features that are baseline in WoW such as being able to trade an item to another eligible player for the loot in a certain window of time, or being able to refund an item for its respective currency if desired. WoW also has an item restore that isn't limited to one item in your entire accounts' lifetime.
-Job balance? It's not perfect sure but healers are actually healers there, and a necessary role. Balancing is done more frequently too, even in PvP. If something like the PLD invulning/covering for a node capture, it would be fixed within the week. It took months for it to finally get noticed by CBU3 and do something about it.
-The addons in WoW supplement the game experience and they've made the base UI much more customizable to even without having to resort to addons. For the RP community the TRP/MRP roleplay-focused stuff is great for filling out a character profile, best FFXIV has in that department is an RP tag and a few sentences in your search info.
-Not sure what you meant by that point
-FFXIV has a cash shop that rivals f2p games in scale, and as I've said frequently in my previous posts it gets priority treatment with the dual dye channel implementation.
-From what I understand its dealt with though they havent resorted to gutting unique ranked pvp rewards like FFXIV has.
