Estate ownership transfer, between characters on same account and world.

There is no merit for allowing plot to be share between characters of same account for several reasons:
First of all is game is not design with alt character as job system offers one character to access multiple job
This is an option and number of players play with alts do not have significant presence, in another word, minority.
Sharing plot between characters of same player also do not reduce stress of housing demand compares to plot sharing between 3 characters from 3 owners.
Another critical issue is RMT, housing system already has multiple holes for RMTer to explores.

I have a few alternative characters myself, given the evere increasing length of the msq it becomes increasing difficult to level up subsequent character. I enjoy the story but after the first time it gets pretty tiresome. So I get why people wouldn't want to do the entire msq 3-4 times over.

I don't think it's about the stress, but if I can edit my house on my apt character (on the service account) it would make it less bothersome (personally I want my apt to be shared so I can decorate my alts room myself.

What rmt is there when it's shared under a service account, and another house on the same service account under a different character cannot be purchased?
