Of course it's dedication to the role... it's his dayjob. Would you expect an actor, a scientist or anyone else that is good at their job to not be "dedicated" to their role?

I don't remember why he got banned but I think it was just over entertainment. He used to entertain by saying mean things about people he was pugging with. He did pugging on purpose because it would create situations for him to comment on. But it was not actually serious or like he hated them or something - just meant to keep his audience entertained. He was helping them clear despite all the things he was saying.

He's diversified his entertainment methods a lot since (used a lot of Asmongold's methods such as reacts, ban appeals and so on, to much success and it makes complete sense to take inspiration from one of the most successful streamers).

As I've been saying - just entertainment. Exaggerating and embracing memes are part of being entertaining as a streamer.

I have not bothered with Ultimates yet, but I can say I have cleared plenty of Savage floors without them.

Is it harder? I think it is harder, because it relies on focus and muscle memory (which can fail you sometimes) when callouts could make it braindead. But there are times where actually looking at what you're doing and remembering what to do in advance are superior and in these moments you won't regret having trained your muscle memory and ability to focus.

Also, if you require callouts you can get that in discord anyway. Just requires one person to do it and often there is an amazing person in a static or voicechat that can do it whilst doing mechanics themselves.

Still do, at least in NA.

Always been rare, at least in NA.
You used to see chat during dungeon, funny comment when a mistake was made, laugh etc....
Not saying people always chat, but I chat with people in dungeons fairly often. Depends if something prompts it. Probably more chatter than I used to see earlier in the game's history.
    They hit sprint without warning
I used to see people do that in the first few expansions. They'd get Snowcloak, pull everything, die, then leave. Of course it's way easier to do that pull now, but before a new player wasn't handling that. However, if tanks didn't do that, people were rude to them.
You ussed to see people not pulling or pressuring new tank on they first time in a dungeon
I had people pressuring me to pull and being toxic in Heavensward as a first timer, so not true.

No, I do not believe that content creators are 100% acting. That is not what I said.

There is a difference between a content creator and a streamer. One may make YouTube videos, the other has a live audience they must entertain or lose live viewers.

The streamers that do not act do not get nearly as many live viewers. When I say act, they are often themselves to a certain degree, but they use themselves as a paint palette and use their most entertaining, over-the-top traits while streaming. If you catch them in their serious moments, they aren't actually like that normally.

As I said, streamers will embrace memes, exaggerate and stretch truths for entertainment purposes. Something may not be true in 100% of cases, but they will exaggerate and say it is for memes or because most of their specific audience sees it that way, despite knowing it's not true in 100% of cases.

(This is all obvious to me but they are open about it when guests on other people's shows and often don't behave the same)

Ah, okay. Clarification makes more sense.
