Like the title said, someone posted on the XIV subreddit some very cool and interesting graphs, I do not know if I can post links in this forum or not, if I can, I will edit with a link to it.
Top 3 characters with the most lines from 2.0 to 7.1 in total:
1. Alphinaud at 93,649, 7.1%.
2 Alisae at 48,404, 4.3%.
3 Wuk Lamat 39,134 4.2%. In one expansion.

Wuk Lamat is *BARELY* behind Alisae, a character that has been with us since the very first cutscene, since the start of the game.

And with those 39,134 lines, she has basically said the same things every single time, never anything new. She is genuinely the most forced, uninteresting, bland character in the game. How is a character that has been here for only ONE expansion, and not even a full one at that, have almost more lines than Alisae? Why force her so bad?

I don't think anyone has ever posted graphs of how many lines there are in the game, and definitely not recently.

Also criticising the game is necessary, I've never felt this bored in 5 years, I like the jobs and the gameplay but the MSQ is just completely bland, we've been doing the same things we did in the first quests in the prepatch. For what? We already know these npcs and what they do/stand for. I don't need to do it again just because Wuk Lamat wants to care about her people. I understand not every expansion can be shadowbringers but it doesn't mean it has to be like DT with Wuk Lamat, and her being barely being Alisae is actually quite shocking.

I suggest you translate this post to Japanese for the JP Forum General Discusson, just so you're sure the devs see it since it's common knowledge they will read those.

Show them the graphs, let the criticism flow, don't let naysayers push you down.

The game is suffering, communities are suffering due to the horrible writing quality of the latest expansion, friends move away from playing the game for months or permanently. People don't want to engage with the game in its current state and it's felt by everyone.

Interesting how Wuk Lamat has comparable percentage of total lines to Alphinaud in HW, both little more than 20%. But DT also has more than twice the total line count to HW, no doubt contributing to the feeling of overexposure some players feel towards her.
