Are you sure ? Because you need to be subbed to comment on the forums. After you unsub, you have 2 weeks to reply, after that you can no longer reply on any topic.
But I guess, since you're not a "casual" you have extended privileges.

Dawntrail release was 6 months ago, they have been unsubbed for 4 of these 6 months.
