Job Quests NEED to be Mandatory.

So you want people, to tell people like yourself to do better (when you seem to be refusing to do so) instead of the game forcing you do so? Sorry, but at some point you don't get to expect people to hold your hand and tell you "you're doing fine sweetie" when you refuse to have any sort of desire to do better yourself. It's one thing when you have trouble, and thank people for their patience, but when you don't care a bit about it and continue to do it because it's allowed? No, you shouldn't expect people's understanding and for them to hold your hand like you don't know any better. What you're getting is push back because people are telling you your behavior is deplorable.

That's not what I said. The point people are bringing up is that the job stone should be mandatory so people don't miss it and inadvertently nerf themselves
My response to that is to improve the system so that it isn't missed

Those that know and have reason to avoid it can continue to do so. And if not, then make it even better and make it worthwhile
