Why do casual players seem entitled to cosmetic items added in game?

How can you ever incentivise content if all items need to be immediately obtainable by everyone because they pay the entry sub

Does my sub entitle me to an FRU weapon because that SGE weapon do be looking pretty nice

i am gona be real i dont see people who are sprouts running around demanding ultimate weapons because they respect that those weapons are for hardcore raiders. but why hardcore raiders should be the ones who get access to character customization like hairstyles or makeup is not going to go well with the player who cares the most about it, the casual limsa go-er the reason ppl are mad about the mount and hairstyle is because its the kind of thing targeted directly at them yet its not even for them because they dont have a group that can facilitate them climbing the ladder of progression
