Please nerf overpowered Jobs before Chaotic Raid

I would advise that you should only do that if you're unhappy with how BLM's current playstyle is.
Though, I do understand your concern - particularly if it leads to general pf parties/etc locking other casters out specifically to seek PCT, sort of like when people would lock spots in Stormblood thanks to those striking/blunt/piercing debuffs.

I'm happy enough with how BLM plays. I'm however not happy that PFs are locking caster spot only for PCT. I looked at PF today, and of the 30ish various content, i saw 13 groups with the PCT only symbol. That's way more than I saw in Stormblood when the Buffer Jobs like drg, nin, mnk, smn, bed META locked SAM and BLM out. The worst offender back then, was seeing a Susano Ex farm excluding BLM. Even seen the same thing for EX3 mount farm groups. PCT Exclusive spot.
At this point give BLM
Stygian Spikes from 1.0. Puts a barrier around party members, causing enemy striking players to take thunder damage
Blizzard 4/Freeze - Causes Brittle effect on target and take x% more damage
BloodRite from 1.0 - BLM spills it's own blood in a ritual that enhances party Speed and Damage.
If pure selfish Jobs are too hard to balance, give everyone something that buffs party in some way or another
