I doubt they need that much performance enhancers. What do community reps actually do anyways? I'm sure some S.E. staff are working hard, though. I mean the ones who are responsible for developing the game and fixing the server issues.

Basically? They filter forum messages and relay questions/suggestions to the dev team for us. They have to sort through all the whining and retarded Rokien threads in the hopes of painting an accurate picture of what we think/want. When they have answers, they give them. They also aid us by translating key forum posts from the devs in Japanese (I don't think they've translated other languages) for us.
