No but in all seriousness, something like a "help me/assist me/cover me" would be useful, esp. if you are targeted by several players.
I honestly don't know why the community hasn't yet created code to make use of the limited quick chat. For example, we can use Hello as code for "Help". Blocking target would mean ignore target, covering would maybe mean distracting or luring. there's a lot of potential to make better use of the majorly useless phrases. Until SE introduces new things that arent Guuard ready/Purify ready - thats all we have.

You could also use "Falling back" as a substitute for "I need help" since it's a command that is fairly underutilised, so there might be less confusion. (For example, "Hello" already has some other "established" meanings like "Where are you/What are you doing?" etc. so if somebody uses it during a match it might not be clear if they need help or want to express their discontent.)

But in general I think the community deciding on conventions always carries the risk that the "uninitiated" (newcomers, casual players, ranked players who don't join discord communities or linkshells) won't understand them and therefore neither react to them nor use them themselves. (I think the paladin cover macro is a good example because if you don't know about it then as a PLD you won't mark the people you cover and as a cover target you won't understand the bind markers and will not use your elexir.)
So in the long run I think SE implementing a "formal standardisation" by giving us more specific but clearly understandable tactical commands is more sustainable and makes the game mode more accessible.
